Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blanco tequila
  • 1 ozFresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ ozFresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Agave syrup
  • Top Mineragua® Sparkling Water
  • Garnish

Method

  • Salt half the rim of a rocks glass, fill with ice
  • Combine tequila, grapefruit, lime, agave in shaker — shake 5 sec
  • Strain into a glass, top with Mineragua, garnish

Ranch Water

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blanco tequila
  • ½ ozFresh lime juice
  • TopMineragua® Sparkling Water
  • Garnish Lime wedge

Method

  • Fill tall glass with ice
  • Add tequila and lime juice
  • Top with Mineragua — slow pour to preserve carbonation

The Gold Highball

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Japanese or Scotch whisky
  • Top Mineragua® — ice cold
  • Garnish Expressed lemon peel

Method

  • Chill highball glass 5+ min or with ice water
  • Add one large ice cube — no crushed ice
  • Pour whisky, top Mineragua at 45° — one slow stir
  • Express lemon peel over glass, drop in

Mezcal Mule

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Espadín mezcal
  • ½ oz Ginger syrup
  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • Top Mineragua® Sparkling Water
  • Garnish Candied ginger + lime

Method

  • Build in copper mug or rocks glass over ice
  • Add mezcal, ginger syrup, lime — top with Mineragua
  • Brief stir, garnish with candied ginger

 

Cost tip: Replace ginger beer with ginger syrup + Mineragua — control carbonation, reduce cost-per-serve.

Citrus Spritz

  • 2 oz Fresh blood orange or grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz Honey syrup (2:1)
  • ¼ oz Fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters

Method

  • Combine citrus, honey, lime in shaker — shake and strain over ice
  • Top with Mineragua, garnish generously

Sparkling Café Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Lavender or honey simple syrup
  • Top Mineragua® Sparkling Water
  • Garnish Lemon wheel + mint

Method

  • Add lemon juice and syrup to tall glass over ice
  • Top with cold Mineragua — slow pour to keep carbonation
  • Garnish with lemon wheel and mint

Method

  • Batch fresh agua fresca base daily

  • Serve with Chilled highball or wine glass

Method

  • Always serve chilled — never room temperature

  • 6 leaves Fresh mint (muddled)
  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz Simple syrup

Method
